When you use our products and/or services, we may collect and use relevant information about you. 1. Service Content
1.1 This application is a Bluetooth earphone product service app that provides functions such as hardware connection and access to company product information. All illegal or pornographic content is strictly prohibited within the app. Any user who violates community operating rules will be banned.
1.2 The specific content of the services provided by this application is determined by the developer of the application according to actual circumstances.
1.3 Unless otherwise expressly provided in this registration agreement and service agreement, any new products, new functions, or new services launched by this application shall also be governed by this registration agreement.
1.4 When you use our services, we may access the device gyroscope, accelerometer, and gravity sensor to identify and determine your device status.

(2) Connecting Dinghefeng Products Through the App
1. Bluetooth Permission
Bluetooth permission is a basic permission required by the app. Only with this permission can the app search for and connect to MEES Bluetooth products via Bluetooth. We promise that Bluetooth permission will only be used for functions related to this app and not for any other purpose.
2. Location Permission
Location permission is also a basic permission required by the app. The mobile operating system requires the app to have location permission when searching for nearby Bluetooth products. Only with this permission can the app search for nearby MEES Bluetooth products. We promise that location permission will only be used for functions related to this app and not for any other purpose.
3. Background Location Permission
Background location permission is not a necessary permission. It is used on Android devices to search for nearby MEES Bluetooth products after adding an app desktop widget. We promise that background location permission will only be used for functions related to this app and not for any other purpose.
4. Synchronizing Server Data
(1) Network Access Permission: Network access permission is a basic permission used by the app for account login, loading discovery pages, and downloading MEES product information, including product images, models, and user manuals. We promise that network access permission will only be used for functions related to this app and not for any other purpose.
(2) Data Read/Write Permission: Data read/write permission is a basic permission used by the app to create local databases, record cached server data, cache online images, and read local photo albums (for example, when customizing the background of the music playback interface). We promise that data read/write permission will only be used for functions related to this app and not for any other purpose.
5. Sensor Permission
When a user actively opens a webpage, this permission supports the acquisition of sensor data on the webpage and related webpage sensor functions. This permission is collected by the Tencent SDK.
6. Camera Permission
Camera permission is not a necessary permission. It is used on Android devices to add MEES Bluetooth products. We promise that camera permission will only be used for functions related to this app and not for any other purpose.
7. Read Contacts
Reading contacts is not a necessary permission. It is used on Android devices to share MEES Bluetooth products. We promise that contact-reading permission will only be used for functions related to this app and not for any other purpose.
8. Device Information
In order to identify your device, prevent malicious programs and cheating, improve service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we may collect your device information, including IMEI, device serial number, OAID, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, MAC address, SIM card serial number, information about installed apps, or running process information.
9. Storage Permission
To implement junk cleaning and performance acceleration functions, we may request storage permission to obtain external storage information such as SD card data in order to check CPU, memory, and SD card conditions on the device.
10. Clipboard Access
When you share information or receive information shared by others, we may need to access your clipboard locally and read passwords, sharing codes, or links contained in it to support functions or services such as redirection, sharing, and event linkage.
4. How We Provide Information Externally
(1) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals other than MEES service providers, except in the following circumstances:

Sharing necessary for entering into or performing a contract to which you are a party: When you purchase goods or services through the Dinghefeng official mall platform, we may share necessary order-related information with the relevant goods or service providers according to your choice, in order to fulfill transaction, delivery, and after-sales service needs.
4. Sharing with affiliated companies: In order to facilitate our affiliated companies and us in jointly providing some services to you, providing products and services based on Dinghefeng platform accounts, identifying abnormal member accounts, and protecting the personal and property safety of affiliated companies of Dinghefeng's official mall, other users, or the public, your personal information may be shared with our affiliates and/or their designated service providers. We will share only the personal information necessary and only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If we share your sensitive personal information, or if an affiliate changes the purposes for which personal information is used or processed, we will obtain your authorization and consent again. Please note that information you voluntarily share or publicly disclose while using our services may involve your own or other persons' personal information, and may even include sensitive personal information. (2) Storage Security
1. Response to Personal Information Security Incidents: If our physical, technical, or management safeguards are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access to, public disclosure of, tampering with, or destruction of information and thereby harming your lawful rights and interests, we will promptly activate our emergency response plan and take reasonable and necessary measures to reduce the impact on you as much as possible. 6. Account Cancellation
6.1 If You Need to Cancel Your Account, the Following Conditions Must All Be Met:
(a) There has been no abnormal login to the account within the last month.
(b) The account has not been involved in any complaints or reports.
(c) There are no unused rights or benefits in the account. If you still have any unused rights or benefits, your cancellation application will be deemed a voluntary waiver of the relevant rights or benefits.
(d) You completely waive the right to retain or recover such data.
(e) The account cancellation does not involve any existing complaints, disputes, litigation, investigations by competent authorities, or any realistic risk related to such matters.
(f) There are no other circumstances in which obligations required by laws or regulations remain unfulfilled.
The account cancellation process is: log in to the MEES app - Me - Settings - Account and Security - Account Cancellation. Before you cancel your account, we will verify your account information. You acknowledge and understand that account cancellation is irreversible.
6.2 Consequences of Account Cancellation
You acknowledge and agree that once the account cancellation process is completed, the following consequences may arise, including but not limited to:
(a) You will no longer be able to perform any operation based on that account.
(b) You will no longer be able to log in to the MEES app using that account.
(c) After cancellation, we will clear your data, and you will not be able to retrieve any information or data that was previously stored or used under that account.
(d) Other consequences that may cause harm to your rights or result in losses to you.

8. Protection of Minors
